Welcome to GoBuddy Transportation. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

GoBuddy Transportation provides private chauffeur and transportation services, including airport transfers, VIP services, and scheduled rides.

2. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or approved booking channels. Prices are subject to change based on distance, time, and service type. Payment must be completed prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full amount of the ride.

4. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers and maintain appropriate conduct. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior.

5. Liability

GoBuddy Transportation is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control. While we strive for punctual service, timing cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.

6. Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their personal items. We are not liable for lost or forgotten belongings, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovery.
